So yesterday was my first day with my new goals. I have to say that I did not do too bad.
I am trying to stick to Self's Drop 10 Challenge's (in some ways) philosophy about eating. I can have about 400 calories for each meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and then have about 200 "happy" calories (snacks). It seems to work well. I will have to say that I did mess up on lunch yesterday. My lunch was 600 calories! I was disappointed, but I moved on. I decided to forego the snack and have dinner after my workout. It sucked because I didn't have a lot of energy for my workouts, but I felt it was best. I ended up doing great with calories, but my fat content was over. Oh well, I will try better today.
I ended up getting ten glasses of water, so I hit that goal nicely. As for exercise, I did both Zumba and Body Pump (120 minutes total), and I was wiped out. Part of it was due to it being that TOM, but I also think that not exercising in two weeks played a part as well. I'm very sore and tired today, but it'll be ok. I can only get stronger from here!
Sleep wasn't great. I went to bed around 9:30pm, but I had a hard time falling asleep. I woke up a couple of times, so I did not wake up feeling refreshed. In fact, when the alarm went off, I hit snooze. I am not exactly proud of that since I missed my Spring into Shape Bootcamp video this morning; however, I will do it once I get home from work.
Other than that, I don't feel like I did too terribly for my first day back at it.
Things I need to work on:
1. Calories / fat content.
2. Waking up on time.
3. Getting more rest.

Monday - Body Pump (60 minutes) & Zumba (60 Minutes). - DONE!
Tuesday - Day 2 Video (1x) & Yoga (30 Minutes).
Wednesday - Day 3 Video (1x) & Walk (60 Minutes).
Thursday - Day 4 Video (1x) & Wii Zumba (30 Minutes).
Friday - Day 5 Video (1x) & Walk (60 Minutes).
Saturday - Day 6 Video (1x) & Yoga/Rest.
Sunday - Day 7 Video (1x) & Walk (60 Minutes).
