Breakfast is everything...

So far I can say that everything is going quite well. Yesterday I even enjoyed small pieces of chocolate because I was below my calorie range and my goal is to be within the range every day. I didn't even feel hungry at all.
Today I tried to stick to my new plan to have a big (yes, I said big) long breakfast. I have never really been a breakfast person because a few more minutes of sleep always seemed more tempting than food. Maybe that was my mistake because I really feel fuller throughout the day when I had a nice filling meal in the morning.
I am so glad that I have a dog-I really am because first I don't have any excuses for not walking or running and second he is the personifcation of my weaker self lol. When we took our wun (that is what I call my walk/run) I had the goal to finish our route without a stop. I know I can do that but sometimes I have to get my dog on the leash and out of nowhere he thinks he has to smell something in the grass.Ugh. But we both are getting better. I was one minutes faster than I was Sunday.Nice progress huh.
Ok, I am off to take a wun with my dog now. Maybe it is not good to do it everyday but if I don't do it today I know I will have another excuse. Hope everyone has a nice day emoticon

    Keep up the good work!! I know I am the same way if I don't do it everyday I set myself up for more excuses to not do it. emoticon
