Today is a day off from work, so I plan to get some food prepared for the next few days. Making healthy choices easy.
Work on my ten pound increment chart.
Print out a couple inspirational pictures to carry around.
I meet with a new personal trainer tonight, her name is Monica, that alone should make it a done deal
But I plan to ask her very specific questions about her training and nutrition. I want someone who will help me create a lifestyle not another quick fix, hard core plan. I am not looking to get to my goal fast. I want a plan that doesn't have an end. I don't want to feel like I am counting down until I can start eating a different way again. There shouldn't be any foods off limits - carrots and mangoes, yogurt and small amounts of cheese should still be allowed.
I am getting this done.
