Yesterday I weighed in and was dismayed to see a four pound weight gain. After blogging here, I prepped my food and wrote out a meal and exercise plan for the day. I stuck to the food plan and came in right under 1200 calories. I wasn't able to get my walk in because of my work schedule. But I got on the Wii as soon as I got home and then did Just Dance 3 after icing my knee during dinner. I managed to burn about 450 calories which is my normal daily goal. Today I am going to buy a heart rate monitor so I can be sure that I am actually burning the calories I need to get back on track.
