So Tammy asked the Sheriffs to write a blog with our BLC 19 goals, and our two week goals. I resisted this -- I'm afraid if I begin blogging it will become another commitment in my overly-busy life. But Tammy asked nicely, so I'm going to comply this one time....

GOALS:

BE FIT:
Daily:
Minimum of 30 mins cardio (walk or C25K) daily (6x week)
**Walk Kiest Park with Brian when not with clients
**Treadmill on client days
5000 Steps/day 6x week; 10,000 2x week
Two Week Goal: Strength Training 1x week
Two Week Goal: FU appointment with Jenny (bariatric exercise specialist)
FM Goal: 250 mins/week

BE FED:
Daily:
Follow the bariatric program
*Minimum of 60 grams protein
*120-150% RDA Calcium/day
*2 multi-vitamins/day
*At least 1100 calories/day; no more than 1300
*64-oz day of non-caffeinated, non-carbonated liquids
Two Week Goal: Add a mid-morning snack to my eating program.
Two Week Goal: No sugar at/in my home (if I'm out with friends and they have dessert, I may have one or two bites)

BE SPARKED:
Log into SP Daily
Spin the bonus wheel 4x week
Post in the Sheriff's Office at least 3x week
Two week goal: Read posts in the Sheriff's Office daily

BE BETTER:
Update client billing spreadsheet weekly
Prepare for family "Christmas" over Memorial Day
Reduce clutter; prepare to move
*Two-week goal: Try the Flylady program for two weeks
