I'm really struggling to get weight off. It is not easy this 2nd time around to get the same weight off and keep it off. To pin-point the real culprit- eating the wrong things that cause weight gain when I know better!!! It's kind of a no-brainer. However, determination to lose the weight successfully is what my goal is for May 2012. So, I'm about to shed a few to get back to my pre-surgery weight. And yes, I accept that one gains post-op. Your exercise diminishes and you eat differently. I'm going to try to discard the sugar again and go for protein, fresh fruits, vegetables, various grains, plenty of water. And this time, I will vary the exercise program. Okay, that's it for the beginning of May.
