Here's my third Body Update video. My tummy was feeling nice and flat this morning. I weighed in on Monday at 136 (gym scale).
So yeah... not doing so well at the "5 pound challenge".
I've gained 3 pounds since my first body update video in Febuary.

But I'm not gonna let 3 measly pounds stop me from continuing to live my life! I feel like I have finally found a BALANCED lifestyle again! I'm feeling really GOOD about my appearance (and my head space) and the amount I workout. (Which is still probably TOO MUCH but I do it because I love it!)
... 5 pounds (+ or -) is NOT worth losing sleep over!
The ultimate goal is always to just BE HEALTHY... and I'm already there! The rest is just the icing on the cake...
and who needs the icing anyways?
(To be honest, that's actually my favorite part!)
