Today I woke up with a fresh head and new goals!!! yesterday I did a run/fast walk up and down hilly areas around 3 miles I think in under an hour. The previous day I trained my abs and my upper body as well as the Spark People 10 minute jump start cardio at a high intensity! I feel amazing that I have slipped right back into my fitness, but this time with a aim to organise and structure it too. I am concentrating on 2 home goals, kids room & the paper work! and 2 fitness goals, logging/timing workouts and structuring a personal program :) Something amazing has happened to me over recent weeks, I have found the meaning and importance of being organised.
Yesterday was a very difficult day, I was emotional, depressed craving carbs and sugar!!!! This in turn made me feel even worse!!! so ended up eating 2 slices of wholemeal toast with cadburys philly in between and then had a filling shake with banana and strawberries. The worst fail of all though was the lemon drizzle cupcake! arrrgh, lol and also polished off some prawns. I then headed to bed before I had a massive over eat on my hands! I went to bed feeliong deflated and not in control of my eating habits etc etc. When I woke I realised it was that time of the month and all became clear, it wasn't me, it was hormonal! phew, now I feel even stronger and want to succeed even more
