so today was day one. not sure how the equation will add up. first of all, my weight this morning was New Low! which is excellent; the question is, what will it be in 10 days? mileage, we only got in 1.8 miles this morning before leaving home, but we took an extra walk last evening, so if you add them together... well, maybe not so bad.
packed a quinoa salad for each of us to eat while we drove (5 hour car ride), plus trail mix - carefully counted out the nuts and raisins, where as i would have kept stuffing my face in pre SP days. dinner with friends; had salmon because it is too difficult to ask friends to make special things for my vegan diet. still, i managed to take the asparagus before it was smothered in butter and cheese, and had a wonderful dessert of fresh strawberries. so all in all, when i tracked the day, i wound up just on the high end. not bad. and i managed to fit in my lower body ST - so all in all, day 1 went well.
tomorrow - airport time!
