Day 1 Recap

Calorie Intake: ~1600 cals... big breakfast, big lunch, non-existent dinner because A) Not hungry and B) Spent the evening flying back to Toronto.

Mood: mostly positive, quite contemplative. Reminding myself that everything worth having requires hard work, and hard work ALWAYS pays off.

Exercise: HIIT on the elliptical machine for 40 mins + a ~3 mile walk with the doggies. A relatively easy exercise day.

Cravings: none. My protein intake was pretty high at bfast and lunch - amazing how protein helps to curb cravings later on in the day. Must keep incorporating this into my daily life.

Goals for tomorrow:

-Wake up around 7:30 AM
-Morning walk - 7:45 AM - 8:45 AM
-Smoothie of greens, pro-pow (protein powder), and OJ (need to go grocery shopping!!!!)
-Class 10 AM - 6 PM
-Lunch - eggs ?? Might have to buy something from the cafeteria - literally no groceries in this house
-Either sign up for a membership at the Y or go to a yoga class at 7:10 PM ... most likely going to be the former.
-Get organized for school and buy groceries on the way back from the gym ?????
