Goals for BLC19

My number one goal is to maintain my weight loss so that I do not lose my MoM status. That means staying within 5 pounds of my goal weight of 145. Lower is better!!
Second, maintain daily habits of 5 freggies, 8 glasses of water, and logging food and exercise even while we are on vacation.
When we return from vacation enroll in the body pump class at my local gym. I will start with a one month membership and go from there.
Also when we return go back to baking my own bread from freshly ground wheat.
Do my best to be a positive influence for my Sassy ShamROCK Sheriffs!!
