1. Lose 2 lbs a week
2. Finish C25K training
3. Run a 5K
4. Learn to eat w/i nutritional goals while traveling.

Measurement
1. Weigh in at least once a week.
2. Use the C25K app to track training.
3. Scheduled for July 13 (MLB Allstar 5K)
4. Track, Track, Track
