I went out of town to visit my family this past weekend. I knew that I wouldn't be able to go to a gym (I go to the community center for free) so I took the Rockin Body DVD that my boyfriend got me. I've done a couple of the workouts before, and they are NO JOKE! I invited my mother to do the dance with me, and we had soooo much fun! I enjoyed the video so much that I got up and did it the next morning and 2 times on Sunday! When I weighed this morning, I had finally lost the last 1.5 pounds that I needed to make my April goal!
I think the Rockin Body workouts are going to be a key to help me make my goals, so I am gonna stick with them for a while and see how I do. I'm also going to order Walk Away the Pounds and Jillian Michaels' 30 day Shred so that I have something else to do if/when I start to get bored.
What fitness routines give you the most bang for your buck?
