Exercise Works

No really. It's working. I have been exercising steady since fall. I am loosing weight. slowly, but steadily. My friends say I am melting away. I have still not learned to enjoy it. there are times when the rush kicks in but for the most part I really hate getting all sweaty. I however love what it is doing to my body and general health. This time last year I was all the way up to about 210 again. Now I am 190. Did I mention I am not dieting. I am trying to be sensible for the most part and trying not to ever eat but really I have not had any real restrictions or calorie counting. I think I did that part long enough to know how to eat reasonably sensible.
I am considering putting myself on a slight diet for awhile to help me burn off another 10lbs. They are running a biggest loser contest at work ad well as a highest count pedometer challenge so I can to see how well I can do with both.
