BLC 19 - S.M.A.R.T. Goals

Here are my goals for the next 12 weeks:

Exercise
-Run 3x / week
-Strength training 2x / week or more
-Cross training 1-2x / week (walking, biking, hiking)

Nutrition
-Eat 5-8 fruits & veggies each day
-Reduce sugar intake by cutting back on foods with added sugar
-Cut down on empty calores (fancy coffees, etc)

Overall
-Lose 15+ pounds
