This is coming at a perfect time for me. This round is going to be huge for me. I am moving a month into the challenge. That in itself is going to be a huge challenge for me as I will be living with others, instead of alone, which means my meals are going to have to be agreed upon. It will work, it will just be an adjustment. The people I'm moving in with know the journey I am on and are very supportive. As a first challenge I needed the push to set my goals for the next 12 weeks.
Fitness: I will workout for 20+ minutes 7/7 days. (I have signed up for the streak)
Each week that I workout for 20+ mins 6/7 days I will treat myself to a day just for me.
Nutrition: I will track my intake in a journal 7/7 days.
Wk 1 - Wk 3 at least 3 days
Wk 4 - Wk 7 at least 5 days
Wk 8 - Wk 12 at least 7 days
Each week that I track for 5/7 days I will buy a new book.
Spiritual/Mental: I will spend 15 minutes 7/7 days focused on my meditation.
Each week that I focus on my inner self for 5/7 days I will treat myself to an extra long session.
