My closet feels kind of empty!

Monday, April 30, 2012

So lately I have noticed that many of my clothes do not fit! And I am excited about it! so i tried everything on in my closet and decided it was time to bag up all the clothes that are way to big for me!
7-pairs of pants
3 skirts
5 shirts
these were all bagged up to go to the Goodwill never to be worn by me again! I am a size 24/22 and no longer holding on to any of the 3x or 26 size I have some 24/22 clothes that are tight but that means I better get busy and work on making them fit!

This is just the pick me up I needed today! I haven't been feeling very good about myself and have lacked in self confidence but today knowing that since December I have completely gotten rid of one size never to be seen again! I have gained some of my confidence back!

Fantastic! I recently found that I fit into my goal pants at a size smaller than when I began working out, and you're right- it's a huge confidence booster. Sometimes the numbers on a scale don't show how well all of your work is paying off, and little things like that can give you the motivation to keep going :)
