This has been a wonderful month overall. I didn't lose any weight. I'm actually up a pound.
But this month I put in over 3,000 fitness minutes. I've mowed, ran, hooped and played my way through all 30 days. There was not one day where I didn't at least do one thing. Mentally it makes me feel strong. It gives me confidence that I can push through.
Eating has been pretty good. No major bad days.
My hooping adventures have been a total blast. Going from knee hooping to waist hooping is no longer hit and miss. It is awkward but I'm learning to run and hoop at the same time. I can go about 30 feet.
I can not wait to see what May is going to bring.
