Unfortunately I "fell off the wagon" since my last blog. I gained back the 5ish pounds that I lost and shot back up to around 182. Two weeks ago I kicked my butt back into gear. I am at 175 now and not stopping this time!
I signed up for the 3 month package at my gym. I plan to hit the gym 5 or more times a week. I went the last few days and I am SO SORE! It feels good though because it reminds me that I got in a good workout :]
May 30th is my high school graduation. My goal is to hit the 160s :] I haven't seen the 160s for over a year. My overall goal is to weigh 145-150 depending on how my body looks. I need motivation, so comments are very helpful. I will try to blog once a week!
