Here is my plan for BLC 19


Calories In
Eat healthy protein, good carbs and good fat, while avoiding processed carbs.

Healthy snacking - plan to have healthy snacks available so that i don't eat the kids' school snacks :-)

Meal planning and tracking

Calories Out
12 week exercise streak - minimum 6 days per week, 20 mins per day, including
3 strength training session per week
3 HIIT sessions per week

Wellbeing
Sleep - minimum 6 hours of sleep each night
Water - drink 3 liters a day

Weight (fat loss) - result of doing the above)

Lose 2 pounds of fat per week
