This will be short and sweet. My exercising is in pretty good shape. However, my eating is such a struggle. My goal this challenge is to focus on my eating. I plan to track my eating every day. My main effort is to be careful with portion sizes and not eat seconds. I want to form good eating habits and these are the areas I want to work on. There are other areas that would be good to work on - veggies, etc. - but those are secondary at this time.
