Today I'm thinking about how I can keep myself motivated so I won't give up everything I have achieved over the past 3 years. The scale didn't move from last week, but I'm going to make it move by the end of this week! I've made up my mind to self motivate myself. Reading SP is a great tool to do that. I'm going back to what I did when I was losing 2 lbs a week. Writing down my goals daily and following through with my plan. As I look back at the past month, I see that my activity has decreased and my calorie intake remained the same. Not this month, I'm going to make it change and if it doesn't for some weird unidentifiable reason, I'll write about that too. I really want to believe that I can stay motivated enough to reach my weight goal and then I'll wonder why I couldn't have done it sooner. That is what I hope.
