Progress without "Progress" (April Wrap Up!)

This month, I really struggled. I felt like I was making ZERO progress even though I was putting the effort in -- WRONG! Even though it wasn't a gigantic success, this month absolutely was a success. I am so grateful that I stuck with it. My overall weight is down along with my inches and my attitude is up, up, up!

Oh, before I get to the numbers, just a note (mostly for me) - I only measured for the first time on April 16. I finally found my tape measure! And trust me, I am very happy to be measuring again instead of basing all my success on the scale. I lost more inches than pounds this month. NO WONDER I DIDN'T LOSE ANY WEIGHT -- I WAS BUILDING MUSCLE! Here's my monthly wrap up. Thank you for stopping by my blog!

    Congrats! Great numbers! Do you use a certain website to record your steps for walking around the world? I "walked across the United States" was fun!
