Going back to what works for me.

I went back to the South Beach style of eating yesterday. This seems to work for me so I wanted to try it again. I am not a purest and will have to make some substitutions because of my lactose intolerance. I do find that I am usually under calories but was great on my protein level yesterday. I feel good and with learning to eat so many foods that were new to me with the Mediterranean style I feel like I am eating very healthy.
I managed 33 minutes on the recumbent yesterday
and 27 minutes with a ST and stretching DVD.
I did substitute some frozen yogurt for the recommended ricotta cheese dessert but needed the probiotics. I feel good today and am looking forward to Day 2. It will be harder today as I will be at work.
I think I will use the time there to plan menus and substitutions for a couple of days meal plans.
