Just taking a couple of minutes to frame my day before it totally consumes me.
Streak is alive and moving forward.
Walked last night to meet my goals....sure gave me a boost of energy that lasted well into the night and the next day.
#1-eat in range
#2-exercise (maybe a walk this afternoon, followed by a zumba session this evening)
#3-no evening snacking
Plan something for dinner that excites me.
