I need to get that exercise in there. I am doing great food wise and I know that I am sticking to my calories. I just need to start with the exercise and I think that should begin tomorrow! I can get up early and walk just like I use to do!!!
I also purchased Your Shape for the Wii! I am going to try to do at least a 15 min workout 3 days a week plus the walking in the morning.
I really need to step this up and get rid of this "pouch" I am carrying in my belly!!!
I could use all the encouragement I can get!!!
