Day 15 hmmm, I need to up my game!

I need to get that exercise in there. I am doing great food wise and I know that I am sticking to my calories. I just need to start with the exercise and I think that should begin tomorrow! I can get up early and walk just like I use to do!!!

I also purchased Your Shape for the Wii! I am going to try to do at least a 15 min workout 3 days a week plus the walking in the morning.

I really need to step this up and get rid of this "pouch" I am carrying in my belly!!!

I could use all the encouragement I can get!!!

    It sounds like you are donig a great job of planning. I think your goal of 15 minutes 3 times per week is an excellent plan for getting started. It was definitely important to me. I started out with a goal of doing 10 minutes everyday as a way to build consistency, and have built on that. Keep up the great work! You are so worth it!
