I know that today is the last day of the month, but it's not the end of the day. However, I don't know when I'll get back on here to gather this crucial information. I do plan on doing some strength training, and possibly a walk, so I know that I'll have more fitness minutes for today. I was just so shocked when I saw my fitness information, that I had to share it with all of you:
This Week: 163
This Month: 2,714
This Year: 8,722
Yearly Goal: 10,000
It's only Monday, and look at my fitness mninutes for the week. I'm shocked at the number of fitness minutes that I've done for the month. Then, if you look where I am for the year, and then my yearly goal, you'll see how much I've already almost reached that goal. I thought 10,000 minutes a year was out of reach - but not now.
I never would've beleived that I could do this much. I'm in such shock, that it's amazing. I've even got my husband hooked on walking and hiking. We used to watch a lot of TV, but now, we walk or hike more instead. I just never would've believed that any of this was possible.
