Mondays was tough. Coming back from the weekend with no food control is tough. I hate planning food on the weekend because I tend to do some much that I like to be a little more spontaneous then normal. Not as structured. Maybe I should make more meals during the weekdays so I have left overs that I would actually eat...All I know is the weekend food monster needs to leave me alone!
Got a lot done over the weekend. Went to the dog park Sat & Sun with my sister and her dog. Planned B-L-D and snacks for this week. I'm in the process of creating a TO DO Project list for future weekends. I hope they will keep me on a steady schedule.
The good news, I didn't gain anything. The bad news, I didn't lose anything.
