to get back on track...again. I've really been struggling with my eating and even with running several times a week, I've put on weight. I know that happens durring 1/2 Marathon training but I need to get it in check. Especially since I can't run right now with the ankle sprain. No time like now to focus on nutrition since I can't focus on the running.

    It's funny that your blog title reminds me of the Yoda phrase - because that's a phrase I actually dislike much of the time. ("Do or do not, there is no try.")

Are you finding other cardio activity you can do (such as the chair dancing sort of thing) to keep your heart and lungs in good shape while your ankle recovers?
