I had a good workout on Saturday but I was feeling a little sick. By yesterday I was fully engulfed... its official... I have a cold.
I feel so terrible but I am preparing for a challenge I set with myself for the month of May to lose 10 pounds and I refuse to turned back.
What do you do when you are under the weather? Do you keep working out and eating clean or do you take a break? I really need help with this one.
In the meantime... I am chugging water and hot tea and I am having 2 boiled eggs for breakfast. I have got to get this belly fat off my body! Aarghhh!
