april came and went so fast and to honest i can`nt remember much about it i was in so much pain i could`nt do much of anything, i had to cut right down on my exercise and i lived on microwave meals and convenience foods all because of shoulders.
now the pills have kicked in i hope to get back on my bike this month, emoticon also i intend to eat more healthy foods but i cannot drink too much water because i am in my chair for a while yet as it is safer that way emoticon emoticon

    I'm so sorry to hear your shoulders have been giving you so much trouble and all of the pain you've been in. I am glad that you at least have some pain medicine that is helping. I hope you can get your surgery soon so that you will not have to take pain medication and so that you can get back to walking more. Good for you for getting back to using your bike and eating healthier! Both of them are great goals to try to achieve! emoticon

    I know you are struggling with your shoulder, i am happy to hear that you have set goals for yourself, but just remember not too push yourself too much. I hope you feel better this month!!

    I'm sorry to hear about the amount of pain you experienced last month and hope things go better for you this month. I was having excruciating muscle pain in my legs but it's improved since my cholesterol meds were changed.
My goals are like yours - get back to daily exercise and eat healthy!
