happy how this month went, met most of my goals for the month.
These were my goals for this month

1. Start again on the first of April emoticon

2. Walk at least 1 hour per day emoticon

3. plus exercise at least 1 hour per day (total 2 hours) most days I made this

4. Strength train 3 times per week for between 30 and 60 minutes per time. emoticon

5. to start losing weight again so that I can make this year's goal of losing 25kgs.

6. for the 8 week challenge I will lose 4 kgs. ended up pulling out of this.

emoticoncouldn't keep it up.

7. 7000 steps times 30 days is 210,000. emoticon

Week 1 - 46544
Week 2 - 61297
Week 3 - 59989
Week 4 - 57162

30th 10,809
total number of your steps-- 241,594 or the month

So pretty happy with the effect I did for the month.
Weight loss, I did put on 3 kgs but ended up losing 3.1kgs for the month.
Hope to lose more weight next month.

    thank you everyone, it is not easy to lose weight but I just need to keep trying. It is the way of life now. I know what I can eat and how much, yes I stuff up sometimes but rarely now but I don't beat myself up anymore. Just get back on track as soon as possible.

    Unfortunately nobody ever said this losing weight stuff would be easy. You have done really well. Keep up the good work. We all have ups and downs so just as long as the scales keep going down even if only a little then we are winning the battle.

    You're going great guns. Set off for your part of the world tomorrow (Victoria) and hoping to keep on top of things. Have packed a portable DVD player and some exercise discs!

    I know it is frustrating not to have lost the weight you wanted to but you have had a difficult month and you did really well with your exercise. On the whole you should be proud of your progress! Good luck on your May goals!
