happy how this month went, met most of my goals for the month.
These were my goals for this month
1. Start again on the first of April
2. Walk at least 1 hour per day
3. plus exercise at least 1 hour per day (total 2 hours) most days I made this
4. Strength train 3 times per week for between 30 and 60 minutes per time.
5. to start losing weight again so that I can make this year's goal of losing 25kgs.
6. for the 8 week challenge I will lose 4 kgs. ended up pulling out of this.
couldn't keep it up.
7. 7000 steps times 30 days is 210,000.

total number of your steps-- 241,594 or the month
So pretty happy with the effect I did for the month.
Weight loss, I did put on 3 kgs but ended up losing 3.1kgs for the month.
Hope to lose more weight next month.
