You know you cheated on your nutrition tracking when....

the pint of ice cream says 6 servings and you only tracked 3 servings and the container is empty now.

Yup! Guilty as charged. Bought the pint of ice cream on Friday and it's gone now. Need to revisit my tracker and adjust it to add those extra servings. :-)

Oh PHEW!! You were all right..6 servings for a pint is NOT right!!! I checked the container when I got home today and it was only 4 servings not 6. I still had to adjust for the missing serving, but way better to add 1/3 of a serving than a whole serving to each time I ate it. :-) Instead of being OVER my calorie range, I stayed within them. Yay!

    I'm impressed that a pint of ice cream lasted more than one day. That does NOT happen in this house, EVER!

    I buy the small single serving ben and jerry's at the grocery store. I keep a couple in the freezer and it works to keep the calorie count down. They are a bit more expensive, but I'll take the hit instead of the extra bulge on the hips! :P

    Oh yeah! I hear that... but what size are the servings that you get 6 out of 2 cups when the normal serving size of ice cream is 1/2 cup?!

    okay, you owned up to those other three servings, time to log them. Be honest. Honestly really is the best policy. You ate the ice cream. You log ALL the ice cream. You move on. This week, you do your best to eat a little more mindfully. And have a few extra servings of these yummy foods this week too.

    ice cream is my weakness to the point where i dont even buy it at the grocery store anymore!!!! if i am really craving it, ill go out and get one cone. or if im in a really bad mood, i get one of those frozen snickers bars, which is horrible for you, but its only one and then its gone! i dont even walk down the frozen treat isle at the grocery store anymore cuz that stuff is allllways on sale!!!!
