I should have probably measured myself before writing yesterday's post. I might still weigh the same, but my waist has gone down with 4cm, and my other measurements with 2cm. I have been doing a lot of strength training because I love the idea of being strong and lean, and I think it is happening!
I'm going to up my cardio for the fat burning, but I am very excited what pilates and strength training is doing for me.
I'm also going to see if I can sneak in 5 or 10 minutes of exercise every hour at work, even if it is just chair marching. Other people take regular smoke breaks, so I can take a bit of time to get healthy and keep myself warm in this terribly cold office of mine!
