I have lists taped to my laptop!
I have Dinner planned for the week, I have a list of lunch and breakfast options (will not waver from these) and I have my Affermation and goals for the week next to those!
I WILL stay on plan. I will eat enough raw and cooked veggies, enough fat and protien to keep me satisfied. Fruit, but not too much fruit.
I WILL drink at least 4 quarts of water or herbal tea each day.
I WILL walk at least 1.5 miles at least 5 days on top of other 'running round' things I do and my 2.5 hour dance class on tuesdays. I walk the dog daily, some days just not as much.
I dont see any of these being unobtainable. Cutting grain and sweets out of my diet will be key this week. I'm not going to obsess about carbs or calories, but I will keep track of every bite I eat.
Make that small shift back into the right direction.
