My daughter wanted to pay more attention to her eating habits, less fast food and more stir-frys unless it's her favorite subway sandwich, oven grilled chicken with lots of veggies on whole wheat.

She had been doing her homework watching her favorite You Tube videos, Benji man(organic) where he makes those Awesome ! Stir-frys with Shrimp, Beef or chicken with different sauces such as orange-ginger,general tso, and original .
