I did real well this week with exercise. I had two days of personal training and one day of exercise videos,exercising with kettle bell video man, ( I did the arm motions, but I did not have a kettle bell, also did a biggest loser video and today went to exercise gym and work on the circuit for 40 minutes. I wanted to make sure that I was not all stiff for personal training in the morning. I was so sore last week, that I had a fever!! I had watched people do a plank and I wanted to do it. That was the first time, I ever wanted to do a plank.
