Ok so maybe it hasn't always been my favorite day of the week, but lately I've come to really look forward to Monday. It is my one day of rest from any fitness class. I usually try to get in a walk at lunch or something else to get some fitness minutes in, but nothing as strenuous as boot camp or even Zumba. It's also the one day of the week I don't feel guilty if I don't get a workout in. I know this week I'll be missing Zumba on Tuesday and Thursday, so I'll have to go the extra mile to make up for it.

Otherwise it looks like it's going to be a normal week. Hopefully another successful one as well. Good luck to everyone on your Monday! :)

    A day off is a good thing every now and again!!! It re-energizes the other parts of the body!!!
