BLC19~D5W1~My 12-Week Plan

(S)pecific- (M)easurable- (A)ttainable- (R)ealistic- (T)rackable
Over the next 12 weeks I would like to make a habit of exercising on my elliptical 3 x's a week or more for 30 minutes each time. I would like to incorporate SP strength training videos 3 x's a week (or more) so I can get toned and build strength. I need to focus on eating healthier and not giving into the junk. Freggies as snacks would really help me lower my weight if I could just reach for them instead of the higher calorie goodies. I also need to get back in the habit of filling up the 'pitcher' of water daily and trying to make that water disappear by the end of each day.
When I get control of my eating habits and make exercise a part of my routine, I know I will lose the 10 lbs I want to during this 12 week challenge. I will need the support and motivation from my team mates and will return the same to them.
Lastly, I need to remind myself that it takes time to put on the pounds and it will take time to get rid of them. I just need to focus and concentrate on the goal. I must be easy on myself when I mess up and get 'back on the horse' to continue on this healthy journey.
