I added walnuts to these. Very tasty. They got thumbs up from my brother and husband.
Yes, I've been running. Got in 6.1 miles this morning plus a little warm up and cool down. Right calf/peroneals still get a little sore sometimes during the runs but it goes away after the first couple of miles...probably need to warm up my ankles better before heading out.
Going to be starting Slim in 6 since CLX doesn't seem to agree with my back.
