4/25 WEEK 1: NUTRITION
Plan meals, track them, add in lots of freggies and less pre-packaged 'convenience' foods. Work on no eating after 8 pm. Use Body Media site to track and 'see' how I'm doing
5/2 WEEK 2: FITNESS
I'm doing a virtual HM in June, time to boost my walks. Starting this week I need to get in a couple 5 mile walks and one longer one, 8 would be awesome!
5/9 WEEK 3: REST AND RELAXATION
Mother's day is this week and I plan to enjoy it! Breakfast in bed, take My Mom out. Otherwise no changes in routine! I know that *I* need a schedule/ routine.
5/16 WEEK 4: NUTRITION
Tracking should be a habit by now if I've been using my BodyMedia, and I will be seeing what nutrients I need more of, what I need less of, and will pre-plan meals.
5/23 WEEK 5: FITNESS (Memorial Day Weekend in this week)
Not a holiday week here. Time to up the walks, long walk over the weekend of 8-10 miles, 3-5 daily (or 10,000 + steps per day minimum).
5/30 WEEK 6: REST AND RELAXATION
BBQ and family time! Looking at a family visit to Calgary.
6/6 WEEK 7: NUTRITION
Meal plan, track, continue to increase freggies, limit 'processed' even more.
6/13 WEEK 8: FITNESS (Skinny's Birthday)
My virtual walk is the 11th, so this week is continued walking. ST should be a habit by now. *I* am striving to hit the Vigorous on that BodyMedia! (before now but more frequently BY now, LOL).
6/20 WEEK 9: REST AND RELAXATION
Helping the teen study for finals, is that relaxing?!
6/27 WEEK 10: NUTRITION (July 4th Pre-Weekend)
Canada Day July 1. My vacation starts (1 week)
Gearing up for vacation, list making, and pre-planning food so we eat well when away.
7/4 WEEK 11: FITNESS (July 4th)
VACATION! Hiking mountains, swimming, walks by the lake, I can not wait!
7/11 WEEK 12: REST AND RELAXATION
Hmmm yeah, been here before, most likely sign up time so I'll rest as I can :)
