Only 4.3 miles today, but shortened it a bit on purpose because I wanted to see what the mileage was on this loop. Included a long hill, 350 ft elevation gain in 1/2 a mile. Very challenging run but absolutely loads of fun. I am coming off of three days of rest hoping that I can rid myself of some of the pain issues I have been experiencing for several weeks. Most of what I have been experiencing has been in my piriformis muscle and my lower abs. After todays run I did feel better, but still have the aches and pain. I may just have to realize that at 66 years old I will have more aches and pains than if I was 36. I can deal with that.
