May 2012 Goals
Exercise 2500+ minutes
Run/Walk 3 times a week
Take one active rest day per week
Do Strength Training 4-5 times a week
Eat 6-7 Freggies a day
One day per week allow myself to go over calories by 100 or so. Just to reset my metabolism
Try a New Type of Exercise In May
April was hard. I missed a few goals due to illiness. I did not run 3 times and missed my exercise minutes. However, I was glad I rested those days. My body needed the rest. I also lost on the scale so the rest may have been needed in more than one way.
I hope in May the scale moves more. I don't set weight goals in a month because I cannot control the scale. I only set exercise goals and those I know I can achieve. The scale may not move no matter how hard I am working.
