I'm not sure what's happening but I am not losing any weight. I've been eating very well, and exercising every day. I know it's only been three weeks so it's not like I'm expecting miracles, but I keep fluctuating between 82 and 84 kilos. I am not giving up because I still feel great about my lifestyle changes but it is a bit discouraging.
But I'll just keep going. I'm sure eventually eating right and exercising is going to pay off. And honestly, even if I don't drop a pound, just knowing that I am putting the right foods in my body and am exercising to keep my heart healthy and my muscles strong is enough motivation for me!
