Week 1 Complete - Woo hoo!

So, it's been a week since I decided I needed to buckle back down and start getting serious about my weight loss. Even though I was exercising, I wasn't paying attention to what I was putting in my mouth. So I decided to start fresh, again, and I am super proud of myself for the results.
Last week I weighed in at 194.6 lbs. I went to the gym 4 days this week to do 30-45 min of cardio and strength training. I was a little worried because I did my cardio Mon-Thur and was worried about gaining weight while at work this weekend. But, surprisingly enough, I kept it off. So when I stepped on the scale today, my new weight is 192.2! I am SO PROUD of myself. I didn't think I'd lose the full 2lbs I'd set out to. *fingers crossed* I hope it will continue this way. But I must say, after seeing these results, my motivation level is high.
Maybe this time is the time that sticks for me and I finally lose it and KEEP it off. I've got all the tools - Spark People has prepared me really well for it. Now, it's just up to me to do the work.
