I have 367 days until I'm officially married. And I have 732 days until we have our renewal ceremony with friends and family in attendance. Today I started the Spring Bootcamp. I did my toning video with Coach Nicole and I did the kickboxing video with her. I'll try to do another one at some point tonight. I want to get into shape and start my married life healthier. I want to start the new chapter in my life on the right foot. :) So with that in mind. I am going to write down and make public my goals. I am going to write this down EVERY Saturday night with a rundown of how well last week goals have gone. That being said...ONWARD!
-I want to lose 1lb.
-I want to drink 8 glasses of water every day
-I want to have no more than 1 soda this week. Preferably none.
-I will track at least 1 meal EVERY day.
-I will do the workouts with the Bootcamp Every day.
-I will participate in the BLC on my other message board every day.
I'm sure I'll be posting blogs between now and then. But the official deal is on Saturday night. Pray for me. I'll say a prayer for all of you.
