May Goals - Its on!

Last month, I saw some folks posted their goals for the month of April and all month long I thought to myself, "I should do that" So here are my goals for the month of May.

1.) Continue my weekly weigh ins, and bi weekly photo journal.
2.) Reduce my overall wine consumption to 5 glasses per week.
3.) Log in every day to continue my spark streak.
4.) Increase the intensity of my workouts by adding interval walking three times per week and focus on my training sessions to get the most out of that 90 minutes per week.
5.) Get serious about collecting a style book to help me visualize success.
6.) On a weekly basis, score myself on items 1-5 above.

There you go Sparkers! Its on!
