I DON'T LIKE TO ADMIT FAILURE!!! (well, not FAILURE, but you know what I mean!!)


I thought I would write this now because April was a bad month of bad choices. (I don't like to admit that!!!) I didn't stay in my calorie range a lot of the time and my exercise was slacking and I did not go to the gym. I had some alcohol drinks and ate my trigger food (cheese) a lot at home and at work.

May has to be better (it will be!!) I have noticed I feel a lot better when I eat right and exercise.

May Measurements:

Neck: 17
Bust: 45
Waist: 43 1/2
Hips: 50
Right thigh: 27 Left thigh: 26 3/4
Right Calf: 16 1/4 Left calf: 16 1/4
Right arm: 14 1/2 Left arm: 15

Weight as of April 29: 228


MARCH MEASUREMENTS:

Neck: 16 1/4
Bust: 43
Waist: 42
Hips: 49
Right Arm: 14 1/2 Left arm: 15
Right thigh: 28 Left thigh: 26
Right calf: 15 1/2 Left calf: 16
Weight: 221

So, I gained 7 pounds this month

In inches I gained:
Neck: 3/4
bust:2
waist: 1 1/2
hips:1
Right thigh: 1
Left thigh: 3/4
Right calf: 1 1/4
Left calf: 1/4
Right arm: stayed same
Left arm: stayed same

Well, it could be worse I guess. May is going to be an awesome month!! I'M GONNA DO IT!!!!!!! emoticon

    April wasn't my best month either so May WILL be better. We all feel so much heather when we eat right and exercise. We can do this and we will. Thanks for stopping by my page and saying hi. Life and work have been a little crazy and I have not been on here very much. It is nice to see a hello when I drop in.

    Don't beat yourself up (well maybe a wee bit)hehe, over it, just count this as a lesson learned and start in fresh this week. This is the first legal week of the rest of your life. You know what your trigger foods are so keep far far away from them. If you start to have this trigger think to yourself "is this worth blowing everything over just to eat this or can I suck it up and leave it lay on the plate or in the pacakge?" Try to remember how rotten you feel after eating some of those trigger foods and how good you feel when you don't touch them. Once you partake they will call to all their friends to come and live with them and I don't think you want that do you?
