Restating/ updating BLC 19 goals

And we are off to the races:

In this challenge I intend to lose 13 pounds.... and finish at 160 pounds. That should equate to one pant size, which is great because that is the size of my summer clothes!

Week ending Wednesday April 17
Exercise Goal: 175 minutes ACHIEVED 240 MINUTES emoticon
Calorie Burn: 1000 ACHIEVED 1638 emoticon
Water: 8 glasses - took me a couple days to get started, but reached this for 4 days. Also missed on one day that I was sick. emoticon

Week ending Wednesday April 24
Exercise Goal: 200 minutes = ACHIEVED = 249 emoticon
Calorie Burn: 1150 = ACHIEVED 1638 emoticon
Water: 8 glasses/per day = 4/7 emoticon
Track food daily - Stay within range 6/7 days Not even close emoticon
Get my butt out of bed in the morning so I can workout before work 3/5 days Only a dream emoticon
At least one bike ride or Walk/Hike as the weather permits. ACHIEVED emoticon
Get as many points as I possibly can to help my BLC19 Team. ACHIEVED emoticon

Calorie Burn: 2000
Water: 8 glasses
Track food daily - Stay within range 6/7 days
Get my butt out of bed in the morning so I can workout before work 3/5 days
At least two bike ride or Walk/Hike as the weather permits
Get as many points as I possibly can to help my BLC19 Team.
