Wow, I did see that. Wild... The French are funny!
To add a link, you click the button at the top of the writing part that says "Add Link", then when a little rectangular pop-up arrives, you copy your URL address into the line in the pop-up. Then click the submit button, and you're good to go! Try it out next time. =)
